Information we collect
We collect only the information you give us directly. When you submit an inquiry through the form on /ai-systems, we receive:
- Your name
- The email address you entered
- The company or project name you entered (if you chose to fill that field)
- The message you wrote
We also receive standard web-server information — IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages visited — when you browse the site. We do not collect or request health data, financial account data, government ID numbers, or precise location data. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
How we use it
We use what you submit to reply to your inquiry, to understand what kinds of projects our inquiries cover, and to improve how the site performs. We do not sell your information. We do not share your inquiry content with third parties except the service providers listed below, and only to the extent those providers process the data on our behalf (for example, routing the email).
We will never enroll you in a marketing list from your inquiry without asking first.
Third-party processors
We use the following providers to operate the site. Each processes data only as needed to deliver the service described.

We do not use ad-retargeting pixels, third-party advertising cookies, or session-replay tools on this site.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request that we correct inaccurate information
- Request that we delete your information
- Object to or restrict certain uses of your information
We honor these requests regardless of jurisdiction — if you ask, we'll comply or tell you specifically why we can't. You don't need to cite a statute. To make a request, email the address below. Expect a reply within 30 days.
